According to Rose Bonnell: Younger's 2nd wife's maiden name may have been Wilson: "Wife;s maiden surname give by maggie Lee (Dawson) Herndon, letter postmarked April 5, 1963, answered yes to "was Younger Herndon's wife named Sally Wilson?". & Wilson maiden name was also mentioned in correspondence back to Jerry Herndon from Ruth Herndon Shields, dated July 18, 1963.
