It was James Anderson, who with his brother Charles Anderson, bought from James Bagley [1760.1.4.4.3] in September 1777 equal shares in the mill that Edward Robertson [200] had owned. James sold his interest to his brother in February 1780. Amelia (now Nottoway) County, Virginia
