Samuel's will was written October 2, 1718 and proved June 11, 1719 in New Kent County, Virginia
Names wife Elizabeth and says he has five children (at least some children as not of age at the time he wrote his will) probably all are still minors. Eliz appointed exec. Friends Charles Fleming, John Fleming, Tarlton Woodson and Thomas Pleasant to see will performed.
