1920 Census Warrenton Precinct, Marshall County, Alabama, ED 130, sheet 1B, January 1920, lists Mollie M Johnson (65), mother living with them, shows her as married not as a widow, she and both of her parents were born in Alabama

p.45, January 16, 1946, talking about the history of Diamond, "Those that operated gins and grist mills have been W J Copeland and J E Linn, B P Johnson, J N Riggins, G B Johnson and Carless Berry."

November 21, 2004, David Johnson, Della's brother Datus' son, at his home tells Calvin and Jean Ann Moon: that Nace was an excellent mechanic at the mill and could make gears and keep the equipment running. In the 1930's they moved to Martling and he was a blacksmith.
